(Section II.)

PURCHASE OF MASTIFF/BULLDOG

A) Seller, Is the owner of the described Mastiff/Bulldog until the agreed purchase price is paid in full (if paid by check, check must clear) prier to pick up or delivery to Buyer(s). If purchase price is not paid in full by the time set below. Seller, retains ownership of said Mastiff/Bulldog until such time as purchase price is paid in full. At such time, as all terms and agreements are met by both Buyer(s) and Seller ownership of said Mastiff/Bulldog transfers to Buyer(s).

B) Buyer(s) agree that if mastiff/Bulldog is a pet quality that Seller retains

ownership papers of said Mastiff/Bulldog until proof of spayed or neuter is received by Browns NC Mastiffs from a licensed veterinarian.

C) Buyer understand that any deposit is non refundable unless death of reserved

Mastiff/Bulldog puppy prier to purchase. Buyer reserves the right to apply deposit to a Mastiff /Bulldog of the same quality in such case.

IF MASTIFF/Bulldog IS PET QUALITY (SETION III.) DOES NOT APPLY SKIP TO (SECTION IV.)

(Section III.)

BREEDER QUALITY and BREEDING

A).Buyer(s) agree that the Mastiff /Bulldog purchased form Browns NC Mastiffs will not be breed prier to 18 months for a male and 22 months for a female,

and will only be breed to a Pure breed, AKC registered, English Mastiff/Bulldog.

B).Buyer(s) agree that the said Mastiff/Bulldog, or any of it’s offspring will not

be sold to a pet store, pet wholesaler, or to any one that you either know or feel,

will not provide a kind and proper care given home (no one that wants to fight the

Mastiff/Bulldog or it’s offspring or that will abuse or neglect the Mastiff /Bulldog or it’s offspring.

(Section IV.)

PET QUALITY (ONLY)

Buyer(s) agree that Mastiff/Bulldog purchased from Browns NC Mastiffs is for pet only and that transfer of owner ship will be mailed to Buyer(s) within 30 days of receipt of proof of spayed or neuter by licensed Veterinarian.

Buyer(s) agree that the said Mastiff/Bulldog, will not be sold to a pet store, pet wholesaler, or to any one that you either know or feel, will not provide a kind and proper care given home (no one that wants to fight the Mastiff/Bulldog, or that will abuse or neglect the Mastiff/Bulldog).

(Section V.)

BUYER AGREES

A. That said Mastiff/Bulldog will not be use in any illegal way

B. To care for Mastiff in a humane and lawful way

C. That Mastiff will be given routine Veterinary care by a licensed and

Mastiff knowledgeable Veterinarian

D. In the event that said Mastiff/Bulldog can no longer be cared for, then buyer

agrees to find a proper home for him/her or to relinquish said Mastiff/Bulldog f with all appropriate paper work to a reportable Mastiff/Bulldog rescue, or the mastiff /Bulldog can be returned to me with out refund.

(Section VI.)

HEALTH GUARANTEE/ Return Policy

Seller guarantees that the said Mastiff/Bulldog will be Free from the breed specific, genetic health problems, Hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, for one year, from date of birth, as long as the cause is genetic. After one year the health guarantee is considered fulfilled. In the event there is the genetic

defect of hip dysplasia, or elbow dysplasia the Buyer(s) may choose to keep said Mastiff/Bulldog and receive half the purchase price back upon receipt of licensed Veterinary proof for genetic defect, as long as it is proven before one year from date of purchase. Or Buyer(s) my choose to get a better quality puppy from the next litter upon receipt of the AKC registration and all paperwork form said Mastiff/Bulldog also proof of genetic defect from a licensed Veterinarian. If the dysplasia was caused by injury, incorrect diet, obesity, or improper exercise then the health guarantee will be void.

Return policy

For puppies: The said Mastiff/Bulldog may be returned within one week of purchase for full refund less the $200 dollar deposit fee, as long as the reason is a legitimate one, these reasons are the only legitimate ones: puppy dies due to genetic health problem, puppy has sickness that requires life long medications, puppy has genetic health problem that they will not grow out of and it will cause them pain for life.

For adult dogs: Any Mastiff/bulldog can be returned to Browns NC mastiffs at any time for any reason with out refund, provided the buyer has trained and properly socialized said Mastiff/Bulldog.(no human or animal aggressive dogs will returned) Any Mastiff/ Bulldog with aggression issues that can not be trusted to be around people should be humanely euthanized. All other Mastiffs/ Bulldogs should be found a good home in the event a good home can not be found then a breed specific rescue should be found.

By sign this contract both Seller and Buyer(s) agree that is a

legal and binding contract, and that any party that does not uphold this contract will be subject to lawful action.
